Management and Rules
The race will be sailed under the management of the PBYC Race Committee and will
be governed by the current Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
Classes
GYA PHRF keelboats/multihulls: spinnaker, non-spinnaker, and crusing classes are expected. A minimum of
three entries are required to make a class.
Sailing Instructions and Course Diagrams
The Sailing Instructions and Course Diagram will be available at the Skippers' Meeting.

Awards ASAP after racing
*Each entry must be represented at the Skippers' Meeting.
Entries and Fees
Entries may be submitted via email, by mail or at the Skippers’ Meeting but must
be received by the entry deadline of 1900, Friday, January 20. Cost of the Regatta is $30.00 (with current US Sailing membership card)
and $35.00 (non-US Sailing members). An additional late fee of $10.00 will be
charged to any Skipper who wants to register after the close of registration. Prior notification via phone or email
to the Fleet Captain stating the intention to race, with follow-up registration on the water, will not be considered late registration.
Scoring
Race scoring will be based on PHRF Time on Distance.
Trophies
Trophies will be awarded for first, second and third places in each
class. First in Fleet will be awarded if there are two or more classes in the racing division.
